Joint inversion workshop, Dublin, 14-16 March

The Geophysics Section of the School of Cosmic Physics, Dublin Institute for Advanced Studies, is organizing a workshop on joint inversion from 14-16 March, 2007. The aim of this workshop is to bring together researchers working in the area to discuss current issues in joint inversion of different geophysical datasets. During these three days only a small number of presentations will be given with enough time for extended discussions and practical applications where possible. Work in progress and new ideas will be the focus of this meeting. So far topics include, structural classification, inversion techniques, resolution analysis and automatic differentiation.
